Biorr, of the Twin Fangs
One of the King's Twin Fangs, two knights who serve Old King Allant. He's big and powerful, wearing a heavy armor and wielding a Great Sword with one hand.
Location
- Boletarian Palace
- World 1-2: locked in a jail cell that requires the Iron Ring of Keys found in World 1-3 to be unlocked.
- World 1-3: comes to the player's aid against the Penetrator, if freed from World 1-2.
- World 1-4: helps the player reaching Old King Allant by distracting the Blue Dragon that guards the entrace to his tower, assuming he survived the battle with the Penetrator.
- Nexus
- Sitting near the Valley of Defilement Archstone, after being rescued in World 1-2 and once the Penetrator is defeated.
Tendency Events
- At Pure Black Character Tendency, after Yurt is killed, Mephistopheles will appear in the Nexus, tasking the player with killing Biorr as part of her questline.
Special
- If Biorr survives through his questline up until going against the Blue Dragon, after either Old King Allant or the Dragon is defeated, he'll disappear from the game for the rest of the playthrough.
- If killed as requested by Mephistopheles, she'll reward the player with a Colorless Demon's Soul.
- Killing Biorr will shift Character Tendency toward Black (-2), but it won't adjust World Tendency.

Notes
- Biorr possesses extremely high Fire Defense.
- To avoid interfering with Mephistopheles' assassination task, it's recommended either to not set Biorr free at all from World 1-2 or, if already freed, to aggro him in the Nexus to prevent him from entering World 1-4.
- If Biorr survives the fight with the Blue Dragon and disappears from the game, the Dregling Merchant will sell his Brushwood Armor.
