Gameplay tips and progression

First off realize that this build requires you to play the game in a completely different way. Close combat isn't the idea here. Lure opponents out one at a time and dodge accordingly. Timing is everything. Get the equipment above as soon as possible with the stats requirements as soon as possible. Then you can focus on Dex/Vit/End

PvE:
Like above, just lure opponents out. It is rather tedious but gets you used to the build so you don't get owned by invaders. Use the right ammo against your opponents too. So rotten arrows won't be effective in the valley of defilement or fire arrows in stonefang.

PvP:
A lot harder. So I would use a lava bow in PvP because most people thing they can just shield themselves from arrow damage. Unless they have a brushwood shield then their shield won't completely protect them from fire damage so shooting arrows to pester them will do some damage. Sooner or later an enemy will start rolling. this is when it gets hard. You got to time really well/ fake shot some times/ and execute at the right moment to land an arrow for full damage. Make sure you use arrows that will do more damage too/ like Holy/White/ or Fire for the most effect. An enemy will try to run aways eventually to heal oneself. That's why you just lob arrows to them to finish the job. Alternatively you may try pulling out the short range weapon to finish them off.

It takes time to get good and this certainly isn't the best build, but worth a try.
Enjoy!
