This is a strength build, but DEX has no use whatsoever here. Why such high END when better armor is so useless by that soul level? Stick with 40 END, 12 DEX, and start with a temple knight for min MAG. In addition, raise STR to 66 and VIT by the remaining sl's for both more survivability and maximum 2h damage output.
