Gameplay tips and progression |
Quickly get your character to the stats needed, then proceed to the Tower of Latria to find the Black boots. Then, go to Stonefang and defeat the Flamelurker (Having a couple bro's to help out online is reccomended) Take the Red Hot Demon soul to Blacksmith Ed at the beginning of Stonefang, and give it to him. Then to to the Shrine of Storms and defeat the Adjudicator. Take the Swollen demon soul to blacksmith ed and get the meat cleaver. Then proceed through the Tower of Latria kicking ass and taking names until you get the Monk's Head Wrapping. The build is very challenging to use, as most enemies don't go down like they do with the Dragon bone Smasher. Luckily, being able to move around quickly and being very silent thanks to the boots makes you formidable to slow and unaware opponents. The monk's head wrapping is basically just for effect, and can block your vision. Don't forget to max out your strength, since the meat cleaver gets mad bonus's from strength. The rest should go into vitality. Oh my would you look at the time |
Pyramid Head
You're not going to be able to use the MC effectively without more endurance. You're setting yourself backstabbed a lot. where's the recommended rings? Miracles?
/Agree with above. I know you are aiming for Pyramid Head, but More endurance is needed for sure, not just strength and Vitality. As for armor, there are a few sets that look a bit like him and it would add to your defense. Binded Cross immediately comes to mind. Also, Pyramid Head has a spear. and uses it frequently. so looking into that as a second Right Handed weapon would be cool, and it would give you a secondary ranged moveset when needed.
A good ringset might look like: (Body; Eternal warrior ring and ring of magical dullness. Soul form would be similar, just replace dullness with cling) But this is just me throwing stuff out there.
A +5 Adjucator shield comes to mind as well, not for use, but to sit on your back and regen as you go along.
That said, this is supposed to be a Pyramid Head build. It's on its way, but I think it needs much more work before it can be called complete.
