Gameplay tips and progression

First let me say this to get the mindset right. This build is one member of a three man/woman team who is "indestructable" this is front man hey look at me here i am destraction causing, damage absorbing, annoying dude. Its not meant to cause damage just take it.. This build is meant for both PVE and PVP. I have not tried this out yet its total theory…So critasize please.
In PVE this is your front man no stealth, big shied up, target on face.
Stay in front let trio member #2 and #3 do the damage just block and annoy with DBS knockdown and S. spear affect im 90% sure it works without meeting Dex stat.
When playing alone rely on blessed weapons for damage and if you take a hit so what throw some dirt on it and keep going you tank of a man you.
