Gameplay tips and progression |
okat first of all for the stats, you can knock intelligence down to 30 and pump up vit, mag,or end. First, beat 1-1, talk to the monumental and then level up stats as you see fit. next, go to 4-1 and grab the crescent falchion+1. next, beat 1-2 (tower knight) use souls to level up. now learn flame toss and use that to beat 3-1 and rescue sage freke (don't forget to kill fool's idol's minion) k use that to learn soul ray. get your intelligence up to at least 18 and learn warding. Go finish up 4-1 use the souls and level up magic if you didn't yet or level up faith to 16 at least. Beat 4-2 and rescuesaint urbain and learn the miracle second chance. The rest is pretty straight forward. |
"pushed" tob (sl 61)
u can take some out of int and make faith more
Use the Kilij, it hits harder than the falchion…. Scratch the dark shield, use the rune shield+5 with 12 STR…. Unless you plan on being a pure mage, got with more VIT so you can actually take a hit. Moon Kilij will hit harder than the crescent version as well, but either is useless without the stamina to strike. If you want to be a pure mage, use the phosphorescent pole +5 and reduce your INT to 24 so you are less relient on spice. You dont have to meet the weapon reqs for it and you shouldnt have to resort to melee with such low stamina anyways. Because you don't need the third miracle slot, you can probably get by with 18 FTH and still outdamage the wooden cat. Keep the ICat as your backup catalyst because you can switch to it when you have less than half mp and amp up the power of your spells. Consider this weapon variation if you're a pure mage:
R1:ToB
R2: ICat
L1: Rune shield+5
L2: Kris Blade+5
thx 4 the tips
