Hello there. Some things to point out. A decent build for 120 range should not have endurance above 40, it is useless. Take those points for vit. That leaves you with 34 vit which is really low. I would take at least 6 points from luck and put them in vit again. You see after 30 luck, the damage gain for each additional point is negible, while the vit is a lot more noticeable. I would ditch the cloud and take those points from int and make LW more effective increasing magic with them. By doing this though, your build will be loosing its uniqueness and becoming more of a regular BBS build, but its better trust me.
As a secondary weapon use North Regalia.

I have to agree with javi that those changes would both remove all originality and make your build better… but I would keep the 18 int and use the extra spell slot for variety of spells and suggest using firespray for control of tempo if you find your opponent is a evasive caster and clouds can be useful especially vs jumpers.
