Dark Samuri Build
I don't even know where to begin with this one…congrats on stupefying an experienced Demon's Souls player. *sigh* Nevertheless…
First of all, Let's look at stats. You have points literally scattered all over the place…The biggest flaws I can point out is the 30 Strength, the 25 magic, and the default faith….When it comes to low-level builds, the only reason you would EVER have that much strength is if you are using a crushing/quality build….And with the way this build is put out to be, you would be better off dumping most of those points into Dexterity, since you get better AR that way. Now, for the Magic…*facepalm* Just…No. Don't try to be a jack of all trades, and a master of none…You're better, again, either dumping the points you ultimately wasted in Magic into Dexterity, or better yet…How about dumping them into Faith to meet the requirements for having Second Chance!? you need a minimum of 16 in order to even think about casting Second Chance, unless you put on the Ring of Devout Prayer….
Which brings me to equipment….Boy oh boy oh boy….It might be nice to start off with that MP boost, but later on, you can do a lot of better things with your Intelligence than slapping on a coronet! with 40 endurance, you should have no problem in wearing the entire Ancient King's set, especially with your choice of…heheh…armaments….This is where I laugh the most…The Silver Catalyst and Talisman of god….Forgive me for crying in laughter….You're using the wrong thing to cast Cursed Weapon…If you're going to use that particular spell, you might as well kill two birds with one stone and free up an equipment slot by simply using the Talisman of Beasts. With less than 18 magic, the ToB will reduce the life-drain of C.W. to a whopping 1 hp per second at vitality -50-, which is a lot less devastating when you don't have the Regenerator's Ring equipped…Oh my god….The Thief's Ring? You…do realize that by casting Second Chance, you break the stealth that the Thief's Ring gives you in PvP, right? And the Ring of Great Strength? I couldn't fathom why someone would need this hunk of junk unless they wanted to walk around in Brushwood or Dark Silver effectively….
And now, here comes the weapon choice…+5 what, exactly? Sharp? Quality? Mercury? Tearing? Moon? Crescent? Normal? You need to be more specific, otherwise people might just point and laugh at this "build", thinking you're actually suggesting people to use the regularly-upgraded Uchigatanas! For your current stats, I would suggest Quality, though, again, you would probably be better off with Sharp, since that will free up the points you're wasting on a Strength above 18…
In conclusion, after tearing your build apart, I think I'm pretty confident in pointing out the critical flaws…And I honestly wonder how you even fare in NG+. A disappointing -1 from me.
