This might be just for offline play, but to have 15 intelligence and two empty spell slots is worthless. Warding is a much better option than Second Chance offline, seeing as there's only a few monsters in the entire game that use magic.

15 intelligence gives you the mana to cast Second Chance. This is a build for toe-to-toe PvE, so you might get hit a few times if you can't get away or block.

EDIT

You might use Soul Arrow or one of the status effecting cloud spells

The Defiler is good, but this is just a fun build that looks cool that can still be good in PvE and maybe even PvP. Your input is obvious, but unnessacary.
