LW Dex Dagger Build
Here's some tips:
Overall, this needs some work. No +1 or -1. Just neutral until it is optimized. Good start though. ^_^
I put the buckler because you only need 9 str to use it but I see what you're saying and the Fatal secret dagger was more for bs's but I guess it wouldn't work very well. I'm going to take out CW, use KS ,DSS, and these are my new stats. I also am going to make some more adjustments to my build above. There was one other thing, could it be possible to use ignite by using enchant weapon with ICat, ring of magical nature and silver coronet.

Sl 125
In regards to Mag, you might consider lowering Dex to 45 and raising the latter to 36 for better damage w/ Ignite. I don't know how many times you could cast it with iCat and such a puny MP bar though. Probably best to stick w/ just the dagger and keep the stats the way they are.
Only one thing to add, maybe give the option of raising Str to 18 for an off-hand kat and to take the points out from Dex, and 1 from Mag (so really one from Dex and one from Mag :p).
Revised version is great, +1.
Is there a way to specific way when losing sl to choose the catagory
No. When you are deleveled, the stat that is reduced is the one farthest away from its base. For example, if you have, say, 40 Endurance and 40 Faith and you started out as a Temple Knight, the stat that is farthest away from said stat's base will be the one to delevel. Since Temple Knights have a base of 11 Endurance and 13 Faith, Endurance will delevel first since it is farther away from its base. As you keep deleveling, the stats that are being reduced will alternate respectively.
The exception to this is Vitality. No matter what, it will never delevel, so raise it with caution.
