Recommended equipment	you will need a full set of Doran Armor 2 uchigatanas a spiked shield (just in case) catalyst (any kind) any bow and many health items (just in case)
Recommended spells/miracles	1) soul ray or souls arrow for beginners 2) enchant weapon or any type of spell that makes weapon better 3) warding (for those bosses and pvp) any type of miracles, they are not recommended
Gameplay tips and progression	tips: best starting class magician (because of their magic) first beat the phalanx then free ostrava 2 times when you return to the nexus he will be there get a lot of souls and learn cloak, enchant weapon and soul arrow (if not already learned) remember cloak and enchant weapon then kill ostrava using these spells and your weapon of choice get the mausoluem key go up to the place where the red knight is and kill (here is a link to a video which will show you how to kill http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bs1h7X21qs0) then open door and use cloak and enchant weapon and lead him (doran) out then run away until he walks back and then back stab him. do this until he is dead then you will have almost half of the class done. after this do tower of latria and save sage freke with a friend and then do the tower knight 1-2 and use his soul to get warding then use dull demons soul (fools idols soul) to get soul ray and then almost all of the class will be done.

this is not a very specific build. why the 24-28 STR if it isn't even used? what kind of weapon upgrades do you use? Sharp uchi's? those scale with dex. Crescent or moon uchi's scale with magic but cannot be enchanted. Definitely needs clarification

If you leave your endurance at base level then you cant effectively wear any heavy armour (Inc Old King Dorans). Stick to black leather armour set since it weighs next to nothing.
