Moon Grass

These are the basic healing items in the game.

+ Crescent Moon Grass

Heals for the smallest amount (120 HP)

+ Half Moon Grass

Heals for a moderate amount (240 HP)

+ Late Moon Grass

Heals for a large amount (400 HP)

+ Full Moon Grass

Heals for a very large amount (600 HP)

+ New Moon Grass

Fully heals all HP

+ Dark Moon Grass

Completely restores HP, MP, and cures all status ailments

Spice

These are the MP restorations items in the game.
Weight: 0.1 each

+ Fresh Spice

Heals a small amount of MP (50)

+ Old Spice

Heals a large amount of MP. (100)

Lotus

+ Soldier's Lotus

Cures bleeding.

+ Royal Lotus

Cures poison.

+ Widow's Lotus

Cures plague.

Throwing Items

+ Throwing Knives

A standard throwing knife.

+ Kunai

A poisoned throwing knife.

+ Secret Throwing Dagger

Special dagger thrown horizontally to attack.

+ Fire Bombs

A pot of oil used to throw at enemies, catches them on fire.

Weapon Buffs

+ Turpentine

Found on enemies and scattered about the game world this can be applied to non-wooden right hand weapons to set it ablaze for extra fire damage. (+80 damage lasts 1 min.)

+ Black Turpentine

Found on enemies and scattered about the game world this can be applied to non-wooden right hand weapons to set it ablaze for extra fire damage. Stronger than regular turpentine but the blaze doesn't last as long. (+150 damage lasts 30 sec.)

+ Sticky White Stuff

Can be applied to non-wooden right hand weapons for magical damage effect. (+110 damage)

Note: Bows cannot be buffed directly with these consumables, however a glitch allows you to bypass this restriction. Equip a bow in your left hand and a weapon that can be buffed in your right. Apply the buff to the right hand weapon and press L1 once so that the bow is held in both hands. The arrows fired from the bow will now be effected by the buff applied to the right hand weapon.

Other

+ Ed's Grindstone

Repairs durability of the weapon in the right hand.

+ Augite of Guidance

When used this falls to the ground and illuminates the immediate area. Works like a flare. May have other implications, such as getting enemy attention (needs confirmed). Can also be traded to the crow in 4-1.

+ Soul Remains

Distracts enemies. Can also be traded to the crow in 4-1.

+ Splinter of Keystone

Warps you back to the Nexus without losing souls.

+ Stone of Ephemeral Eyes

Gives back your body when used in soul form.

+ Brass Telescope

Obtained by rescuing Ostava of Boletaria in 1-1 this allows you to scope out distant enemies. Can also be traded to the crow in 4-1.

+ Jade Hair Ornament

Found on a corpse in 1-1, that drops after you cut in the chains on the balcony of the tower where you open the first shortcut. Speak to Thomas in the Nexus in order to give him this in return for a Ring of Herculean Strength. You will need to 'talk' to him twice before exiting the window and opening a new conversation with him to trigger his request. Can also be traded to the crow in 4-1.

+ Blue Eye Stone

Obtained from the Maiden in Black after defeating Phalanx and speaking with the Monumental. Allows you to leave your Soul Sign when in Soul Form, letting other plays summon you to their world in the form of a blue phantom. Can be used repeatedly, and is never consumed.

+ White Eye Stone

Obtained from the Maiden in Black after defeating Phalanx and speaking with the Monumental. Allows you to remove blue phantoms you summoned from your game world. Can be used repeatedly, and is never consumed.

+ Black Eye Stone

Obtained by killing an enemy Black Phantom. Allows you to invade another player's game world as a Black Phantom. If you are able to kill the other player, you will regain your body in your own world. Can be used repeatedly, and is never consumed.

+ Red Eye Stone

Obtained by killing the Maiden in Black instead of allowing her to put the Old One back to sleep at the end of the game. Allows you to put a red soul sign on the ground, letting another player summon you into their world as a Black Phantom for a player-versus-player fight. The loser will lose a soul level, the winner will gain souls equal to that levels cost. Can be used repeatedly, and is never consumed.

Mistranslation in item description. Says "Turns user into a soul," but should actually say "Turns into souls when used."

+ Old Soldier's Soul

Gives you 100 souls.

+ Unknown Soldier's Soul

Gives you 200 souls.

+ Unknown Hero's Soul

Gives you 400 souls.

+ Renowned Soldier's Soul

Gives you 800 souls.

+ Renowned Hero's Soul

Gives you 1000 souls.

+ Traditional Soldier's Soul

Gives you 2000 souls. ("Storied" Soldier's Soul in NAV)

+ Traditional Hero's Soul

Gives you 4000 souls. ("Storied" Hero's Soul in NAV)

+ Legendary Soldier's Soul

Gives you 8000 souls.

+ Legendary Hero's Soul

Gives you 10000 souls.
