Yeah, I was nervous going through the fog for the first time… I ran right up to him, casted one firestorm and it was done. I think that the admins should change the Dirty Colossus magic stratigie to:

With Firestorm set and ready to go, put on the Yellow monk robe on your head. After you've done that, ignore anything he does to you and just run up. cast it and gather his soul. Easy as pie. :p

Storm Ruler hands down. You get a fly swatter and swat some mantas, stand behind a rock and shoot some arrows. At no point in the storm ruler fight do I feel threatened.

Fool's Idol, hands-down. Sure, there are some easy bosses in this game, but Fool's Idol tops them all.

When i went through 5-2, my only fear at the end was, " What if the boss is an even bigger goblin?!"
Easiest boss for me is, Adjutacator, (blue eye stones in 4-1 help)

Here's my viewpoint:
Phalanx: Easy, the regen is a tad bit annoying, and the blobs are rather devoted to being blobular shields…
Tower Knight: Medium, if you know what to do it's easy, but his backsteps and the giant shield crushing you are a pain.
Penetrator: Very Easy, I had no trouble with him, he never hit me, or came close to hitting me, and Biorr only suffered 2-3 hits.
False King: Medium, his AOE is a pain, and his charge attack seemed to intercept me everytime.
Armor Spider: Very Easy, ranged attacks hit him every time.
Flamelurker: Hard, He should go fall in a lake…
Dragon God: Very Very Easy. Easiest boss in my honest opinion.
Fool's Idol: Medium, her clones are annoying…
Maneater: Easy, Firestormed both Maneaters to death, and didn't roll off in the process. ^^(I came so close though…)
Old Monk: Varies, Offline mode, he's very easy, online mode and it's harder.
Adjudicator: Very easy, basicall another TK.

I love facing against the False King, Tower Knight, and Flamelurker. They seem to supply the most entertainment. ^^

I got the Bastard Sword, but you cannot wield it right away (well, yes but damage is low). At the end I killed him with an ax and fireboms. But I couldn't killed him right away with a club as I had planned :P

Except you find a Bastard Sword in the level (barbarians can wield it rght away), which will tear Phalanx apart with turpentine, and there's also a scimitar in the level which is another viable choice. Also, you should have at least 10 firebombs by the time you reach him, which deal AMAZING AoE dmg to him.
My very first character was a barbarian, and that bastard sword carried me all the way till Meat Cleaver.

I started a new character time ago, a barbarian and I found Phalanx difficult. You have a club, no armor and you cannot set a club on fire so I had to farm souls in order to be able to hold an ax with decent amount of damage (and to set it on fire, yeaah). Of course it is a lot easier if you got any fire spell.

1. Old monk( way too easy unless its another player)
2.phalanx
3.fools idol
4.King allant(old one)
5.adjudicator
6.old hero.
7. storm king(if you have the storm ruler)
8.Dragon God(Praise Him!!!)
9.Garl Vinland(me Lol)
10.Dirty colloses
There pretty easy…

When it comes to flamelurker its all like
Me: *cast's firestorm* Ha now your on fire mutha fucka!
Me: looks at his name (FLAMElurker Plus he was already on fire)

i thought the phalanx was much harder than the adjudicator, but thats probably because phalanx actually hits you whereas its very not to take a single hit from the 4-1 boss

Easiest bosses for me are Phalanx and Leechmonger. Fire damage just rips Phalanx a new one and even without it on a new play through he is pretty much a cakewalk.
As for Leechmonger, just use the ole hypermode with a sticky compound longbow+5 and some fire arrows and he is toast before you know it.

Having completed the game twice as of now the only bosses that have killed me were penetrator (without biorr) killed me once, and dragon god killed me probably 5 or so times. At the time I didn't know the beauty of shield bash against them and was trying to take them down with a spear in NG. There were a few others (adjudicator, flamelurker, false king) that came close to killing me though.

The were some pretty easy bosses and some tougher ones or bad ass ones, if you dont know how to kill them.

The easiest "would be" leechmonger, just fired at position x with arrows at it…a few minutes later…be gone satan :D
False King, Old King Doran were pretty easy too..(poison/death cloud….ftw..)

the toughest was/is, in my opinion, Flamelurker. He was one of my first bosses i tried in DS…he ist fast, makes a lot of dmg…died ~2-3 times…but then i got the hang of it…surprisingly easy was the Dragon God …2 shots from oversized ballista´s …i though wth…its the final boss of the world 2…how can he be so easy ? ^^

Same here : I was expecting a real challenge from him… and more than this he and his sword look BAD ASS !!!
I wish I could get his armorset (and was sooo disappointed to see that the penetrator sword is basically useless -___-)

Id go with either leechmonger or dragon god, leech is basically hit with dragon sword a few times and its down (or use lava bow to shoot it down). hmm, actually dragon god boss easiest, just dont get punched 2 much and ur safe.

Garl is REALLY easy to kill.

I've killed him 6 times already (including his BP version) and most of the time he can't even touch me. His BRAMD is VERY heavy and you have to use this to your advantage : when he swings his hammer, walk back (enough for not getting hit) and counter-attack !
If you want to play it safe, equip a spear, it should give you enough distance to be sure to avoid his bramd.

Personally, I equip my meat cleaver (boy, I love this weapon), the "eternal warrior ring" (to keep my stmaina up), put it in both hands, and once I avoid Garl's attack, I crush him to the ground with my weapon (and then, I can chain up to 4 attacks on him).

Most bosses rely on a certain strategy to defeat them (meaning if you know what you're doing you'll crush them all)

But still, there are bosses where I'm sure to "never die" :
- Phalanx
- Old Hero
- Penetrator (especially if you have freed Biorr)
- Leechmonger (come on he just stands there, waiting to be shot)

Then there are other "easy" bosses, but where you still risk to die if you're not careful (like the storm king for instance : if you're not carefull enough, you could get shot).
And in the end, you have those nightmare-ish bosses like the False King (I always rely on thif's ring + poison cloud for him)

Definitely Leechmonger. Any Dragon sword and he's down in 6 hits or so. To me that boss was kind of a joke.

leechmonger was the easiest boss in the game….no other boss is easier…i mean with phalanx you had to do work….with leechmonger….i went to my snipe spot….went to get a drink…..came back and saw him still launching balls at me that kept hitting my snipe spot and not me….anyways too easy for me :) and jst makes it better when i play NG+

Dragon God is quite easy.
You just have to watch out for his insane falcon punch but I thought it would be some kind of epic fight ''à la '' Ninja Gaiden.

I was really disappointed since he's the most bad ass boss that was shown in all the trailers.

IMO, False King, but thats just because Im a Dex build with a bow. i just enter and shoot at him until he dies, never moves.

Depends on character and order of level you go in
Dragon God cannot be counted in this, its mostly timing
I would say, Fool's Idol, just simply stay on the outside and look for the real one

Leechmonger. If you use black turpentine and 2h and your wep, he goes down in under 15 seconds. Even in NG+ (ok slight exaggeration on 15 seconds)

Maneater was the hardest for me melee, my magician could kill them easily (if you have a good strategy). I could say any boss is easy with correct strategy, but what fun is that? It is more fun to figure out how to beat them on your own.

I never face Maneater without help, same as flamelurker. I am also not a gamer (demons souls is the first game I have played since Ocarina of Time - I guess I'm a noob then).

Tower Knight with the Crescent Scimitar +1 from 4-1. 3 hits to the head, 4 to the feet and dead. You don't even need to be skilled to do it lol

all u need is firestorm to defeat colossus.
just get behind him ( dont forget to avoid his attacks ) and cast firestorm one or two times and he's a toast.

the easiest boss(es) i think are
Boletarian palace - all of them, except false king ( not hard but takes long time to take him down )
Stonefang Tunnel - Flamelurker is a hard biatch but i manage to take him down with some cursing and throwing my jps3 controller couple of times
Tower of Latria - Old Monk is making me break a sweat. Everytime when i get a + in my NG, he gets harder and harder.
Shrine of Storm - peace of cake
Valley of Defiliment - too easy
and the MOST easiest of them all are Allant. You can take a shit while fighting him

Yeah, it's Leech monger. Besides the fact that you don't know that you are on a higher platform, and if you run straight you'll die, its amazingly easy. Something in your mind also kind of tells you "use turpentine"

My vote would be Leechmonger. One of the few bosses that I beat my very first time without any help or guidance and never having to use a health item.

At least with the other easier bosses (Phalanx), I healed or died a couple times.

i guess its the easiest if you have some good ranged attacks, but on NG+++ standing next to him and attacking him until your thumbs give out, doesn't work as great as it used to.

The Leechmonger is the easiest. I just had to stand on a platform and press l1 to shoot firespray. i don't had to move an inch.

I do agree with you that Phalanx, Tower Knight, Fool's Idol are easy, and yes Flamelurker/Maneater/FalseKing are the harder ones, and Wannabe Allant is such a joke that hes not even a boss. But guys, those easy bosses are easy if you know what ur doing, like the towerknights ankles, the phalanx's phobia of fire, fool's idol clone thing, but i think easiest boss is the one you kill on ur first shot without knowing anything about him, seeing him for ur first time. For me that was dirty colossus. Dont ask me why, but on my first playthrough, i thought the archstones lowest to the floor were the ones u do first, so i did 1-xs, then started doing 5-xs, i got trough 5-1 mainly by avoiding everything with thief ring, got through 5-2. I was SL like 45, and back then the claymore was the coolest sword ever because it was so big, i had a claymore + 10 , and the purple shield from 1-1(or 1-2? dunt remember), and i ran into dirty colossus, i saw him, he looked kinda scary, i was like #$%#$@#!!!!, he shot me with those flies, but all they did was tickle me, i buffed with black turpentine or sticky white stuff or something ran at him while still being tickled, R1 R2 R1 dead….did the exact same thing in NG+, LOL I STILL DONT KNOW THE STRATEGY FOR DIRTY COLOSSUS ALL I KNOW IS BIG SWORD + BUFF + SPAM

I'd have to agree with Dominous. The poison swamp lvl is a real nightmare if you dont have poison resistance and you don't know where to go, without speaking of BP. The Giant Goblins are horrible, how many times have I been trapped in the swamp without being able to dodge and die in two or three hits from those monsters.

The easiest boss for me is Phalanx and wannabe allant, but I don't know if we can name them as bosses.

I always thought it was the Leechmonger. All you have to do is walk in, then go down the path a little bit to the sniping point. If you don't know where this is, there's probably a message right there. If not, it's a little part that juts out slightly. You can lock on from there and fire at the Leechmonger with whatever ou want. If your positioning is perfect, you don't even have to step back to dodge his attacks.

After that, Armor Spider. Same deal, shoot him from the tunnel, and the only attack he can reach you with is slow-moving and easy to dodge.

Then Dragon God. First time it was hard, after that…just go to the right spots.

The last really easy guy is Penetrator. If you bring a Blue Phantom with you, the Penetrator starts attacking the White Phantoms. You know, the ones you usually can't interact with at all? It's sad. The Penetrator broke into another dimension and got screwed for it ^_^

Garl Vinland IS always a long battle though.. and if you're a pure magic build he will rape you. also if he parry/ riposetes you you're pretty much done for.. but doesnt he say something when he parries you? anyone remember?

if you toss some of the goblins near Maiden Astrea in to the swamp then Garl runs down there to protect her. It's much easier to fight him down there becase he doesn't parry attack and you have than enough time to back up as he attacks. Still your gonna want to use some common sense because a hit from that 36 weight beast weapon(unfortunately not as good in your own hands) will do some major damage if your in soul form you'll probably barely survive on NG+.

phalanx gets even easier if you use the dragon gods soul to get fire storm from yuria in fact firestorm makes a lot of bosses easier. For me it was tower night. I died the first time I fought him because I went in without a strategy but I came back knowing you could just run between wis legs and I mowed him down in a few minutes(not including the archers).

Other easy ones are sadly the Penetrator and Garl Vinland.. I mean why do the two most badass bad guys in the game gotta be easy? :(

Without using Poison Cloud…

The easiest is Wannabe Allant. After that (in no particular order), it's Old Hero, Leechmonger, Maiden Astraea, Vanguard, and Armor Spider.

The next group would be Fool's Idol, Tower Knight, Phalanx, and Dirty Colossus.

After that, the next step up includes Adjudicator, Dragon God, Storm King, Old Monk, Penetrator, the Red and Blue Dragons, and Old King Doran.

The difficult bosses are False King, Flamelurker, and Maneater.

A few for different reasons-

1.) Adjudicator (2nd time)- the first time I fought him he wasn't so easy, but once I learned I could roll under his right arm he might as well have just let me kill him.
2.) Penetrator- Biorr can do it for you, even on NG+. I beat Penetrator in NG++ without doing anything but shooting arrows at him while he fought Biorr.
3.) Allant (in Old One)- Durr.

I say Maiden astrea since all you have to do is nail her with arrows but if you must be being attacked then tower knight and phalanx were easiest for me. 3 hits per ankle thne 3 hits in the head dead for tower knight and phalanx i casted death cloud and watched all his guards die and then he was completely naked and vulnerable then i just hit him with 4 hits and dead.

Same deal with dirty colossus for me. The Valley of Defilement's real difficulty is just the level itself. Breaking floors, thick poisonous poo as far as the eye can see, 10 foot tall club wielding crackheads…… if the bosses were actually difficult, it would just a nasty, unenjoyable place.
