I have 2 other Characters which are 49Faith+BlessedMiridianHammer+5 and the 2nd is Spellsword(MoonUchi+5+Ignite+Insanity)
Both of em are awesome in PVP but with my first I cant even beat Maneater on NG+
Leveling Up cost too much(I dont want to farm the whole time) so I'm probably staying at SL 100-120.

Once you get those up to about 25+ each, start using Light Weapon on your Meatcleaver and use that. Try to get your Endurance to 40. 50 Vitality is also nice.

Dragon Weapons aren't worth the time to get and upgrade. MC on a purely high strength focused build isn't going to make the cut veruses the DBS+5. If you want to use NR, then, you don't need such spread out stats, you can just gouge VIT with it, can it's damage is related to your character tendancy and not any stat scaling. So, NR would be get base stats to wield get 40 end and then gouge vit.
