This is a good idea, I have a similiar build. Spells are firestorm, poison cloud and acid cloud, plus 2nd chance. Left hand is tower shield +5, ToB. Right hand is baby's nails & scraping spear. The rinky-dink scraping spear does only about 30 (r1) or 80 (r2) damage, but that's not what kills thems. It's the plague and poison. As they keep their distance from the scraping spear, their health is slowly draining. When they go to eat any grass (except dark moon), I r2 attack. The plague and poison already decreases the grass effect, plus my attack takes away the little health they did gain.

The firestorm is in case they turn to run and I backstab them, the backstab doesn't do much damage but the firestorm does as they stand up. An I don't use the acid cloud either. If they happen to knock off my 2nd chance, I'll cast it just as a cover to recast 2nd chance, most people won't come running through it to try and interrupt the miracle, especially after being poked to death with a scraping spear.

The technique is don't just go running in attacking with the spear, you'll get backstabbed. Shield up, poke 1ce or 2ce as they attack, then roll back to regain stamina. Rinse and repeat.

But for your initial question, my "main" weapon (alternate, once all their gear is broken) is a makoto+5. 10 dam/sec bleed, plus it swings very fast. Good in case you run into someone with blind or LSoM, it swings faster with a greater reach.

I have had very good luck with this build. Even at 120. Didnt use babys nail. Used death cloud and acid cloud.

I had a scraping spear, acid cloud, uchi build.

I would go in and spray acid cloud and keep the scraping spear out.

The problem in general with most spear users is they just keep swinging away.
You can NOT just swing away with a spear. They are very slow. And if you swing away you will get back stabbed.

I find the most effective way is to wait till an enemy comes in to attack. Then disrupt their attacks with 2 TWO pokes. The roll away and regain stamina. Maybe get a lucky acid cloud hit in.

Then when you believe their ARMOR is broken i switched over to my uchi with black turp and took em down.

You have to be able to roll and dodge. I use the dark silver shield as well to block magic attacks from weapons.

Death Cloud + Baby's Nail doesn't do anything. They both just inflict plague status and plague doesn't stack. So you would be wasting 2 slots with death cloud. Scraping Spear is a counter to the Uchi builds because of their low durability, thing is, you need to hit them which is tricky to do with a spear. Your main weapon is up to your own personal prefrence with Scraping Spear as the spear won't kill anything. So, you could be a high Faith build with min stats for scraper just to break your opponents weapons then switch over to your like MH or GA.

This is going to be very difficult to pull off at sl120. everyone is just too experienced at that lvl. Spear is very easy to avoid and then you have no buff spells because of the thief ring. I forsee it not going well for you. may something you can work into a sl40 or 60.

Im trying to build some diferent and boring to mine enemies, like:

I want to use baby's nail +5 to plague and scraping spear.
and maybe the 3 clouds, what happen when i use baby's nail +5 and death cloud??

For armor i will use Rougue and Gold mask just for style, and cling ring + thief ring.
and maybe, im thinking to use soul suck, when mine enemies get their armor broke and they
start to cure the negative stats i use soul suck…

So my problem is… I dont know wich weapon i will use to kill people…
I pretend to take SL 120, i think in 40 Will for an start.

I cant say the rest f the stats because i dont know mine main weapon, please suggestions !!!
