Since you die in soul form when doing the glitch, you stay in soul form when fighting the boss.

After about 3-5 kills, I stumble upon a host who is in soul form….is this a glitch or just a rare occurrence? I was able to invade other hosts that were in soul form, but I understand that the host has to be in body form to be able to be invaded.
