Ok maybe this is stupid but does anyone ever wish Stockpile Thomas had a brother that could store your precious gathered souls? A lot of times when I want to help with Co-Op for a friend but I'm in body form I'll just die on a level that I'm trying to get PBWT and then go help him so I don't lose any souls to invading BPs or anything like that.

But because I'm dumb…sometimes I forget what area I left my souls in…or I die trying to get to them. I know that's kinda the purpose to make it harder but when you've stored up like 400k souls for leveling/item buying purposes and then you lose them simply because you can't remember if you left them in 2-1 or 3-2…kinda frustrating..

haha…yeah…I know I'm noobish :p

The might as well change all the Black Phantoms to bunny rabbits and make the aim of the game to make peace with the Demons and resolve disputes with diplomacy, caring and friendship.

The game is hardcore. There's not much more to be said. It's at the perfect level of hard: insane. :P

When I first starting playing Demon's Souls I wanted a way to store all my hard earned souls and a way to sell all the crap I find as I am leveling up.

Now that I have played it for a couple hours (around 30ish though i keep restarting my character as I learn more about the game) I have come to appreciate the lack of soul storing.
1. It adds an additionally layer of difficulty to the game without changing any of the enemies or the worlds.
2. Keeps me on edge when i build up a large amount of souls that I don't want to lose. If I was able to store my souls then I wouldn't really care too much whether I died or not.
3. Not being able to store souls with a NPC works with the storyline of the game. All NPCs seem to want souls and so having a NPC which held all your souls for you really doesn't sound right.

lol not being able to store souls is adding to the difficulty and survival of the game. So death maybe common in the game, but it can come at a price if u lose souls, all in short I don't want an npc who can store souls, not being able to store souls adds to the fun of the game.

I'd love a way to sell my crap. Got too much of it piling up now, and Stockpile Thomas is nearly full on stacking items. -_-;

As for soul storing…no. I agree that it would seriously detract from the (highly pleasurable!) difficulty of the game. Admittedly, I do get frustrated when I die and lose loads of souls, but…in the end, it's not that big a deal. After all, why else would we have Soul farming techniques, eh?

Why don't you just commit suicide in the Nexus? At least then you'll know where they are.

That's of course if you plan on not dying before getting back to the Nexus :)
