Obtaining ministers hat
Well, looks like I somehow missed grabbing the ministers hat when i beat 1-3, and now that i want to rescue Yuria it's starting to look like I may have screwed myself over. Will the Fat Ministers ever respawn in this level after I killed them the first time? Based on http://demonssouls.wikidot.com/black-phantoms it would appear that if I have pure black world tendency they should be respawning each time I enter the level, although maybe I'm misreading it and they are a one-time deal. Also not sure if I'm posting this in the right section… wasn't sure if this should go in enemies, npcs, shields & armor, or world 1 sub-forums.
