So a nice person answered my thread regarding the spawn rate of the black ministers on 1-3, and I guess since I opened the gate the fat minister who drops the ministers hat will no longer spawn. Any chance I can get assistance on this from someone? My PSN name is the same as my forum name, skokage. Not sure what someone would be looking for in return… I'm pretty low level and not sure I even have anything of worth.

Ah sorry, didn't realize that mattered (so many things about this game to learn). I am currently at a soul level of 57.
