BP Selen in 5-2 (I need that Blind)

Here's the thing: I'm playing a Mage and her Anti-Magic is freakin' neutering me. I'm at end game and only need to kill her to get the Blind for my Soldier's Trophy.

I tried pelting her with Heavy Arrows from my Lava Bow and got her health down significantly but she used Regeneration and when I fired to interupt her I missed. LOL Didn't have enough arrows to do it all over. So I jumped down from the walkway, ran up to her, and cast Firestorm. It hit once, but she immediately cast Anti-Magic and then worked me over.

Any advice for a Mage? Are arrows going to be my best option here?

I never tried fighting her myself. Have you tried using a stun lock type weapon on her? I know most BPs and humanoid can be locked when using a weapon like the Crescent Axe. I have a Dragon Crescent Axe +5 that put Rydell into a nice lock of him being knocked down. Might work on Selen also if you would like to try it out I would be happy to supply the axe.

Problem is, I'm not much of a melee fighter. I have a Bastard Dragon Bastard Sword and Blessed Mirdan Hammer I suppose I could use. but I'm not experienced in melee fighting since I've played the entire game as a Mage. Thanks for the offer though.

I'll probably try the arrow thing once more and see if I can get her HP down enough without her regenerating to land one Firestorm to finish her off. If that doesn't work, I'll try the cheap route and poison cloud her a couple times.

I've a spare Blind you can have, I don't need it. SL74 if you don't want to do the cheap kill.

Thanks for the offer but 1) I'm SL 131 and 2) I'd like to try and get it on my own, even if it is the "cheap" way. LOL

No Soul Sucker yet - finishing up first play-through and won't get Soul Sucker until I gree Yuria in NG+.

OK, i just got the Blind weapon.
Armour: Full Black Leather
Weapon: Dragon Long Sword +5
Shield: Knight's Shield +10
Rings: Thief's Ring & Graverobber's Ring
Items: Royal Lotus & Full Moon Grass & Old Spice
Catalyst: Talisman Of Beasts
Spells: Soulsucker & Fireball:
Miracles: Hidden Soul & Evacuate
Tactics: Kill 4 goblins on your way to the area before the 2 giant goblins & 1 BP giant goblin, cast hidden soul, sneak around the back of them. Go over the walkways, fall into swamp, sneak behind BP Selen, cast hidden soul again, Right behind her arse ( she never moved ) cast Soulsucker. She dies, pick up Blind and evacuate :) Did it 1st time in NG+ So Happy xx

Woo Hoo!!

Finally beat her. Pelted her with Lava Bow until she had about 1/3 health, snuck up behind her with Graverobber ring, and hit her with Firestorm. Done and got my Soldier's Trophy!

the wooden pathway thing after the first giant goblin you encounter, just jump off when you see the first mosquito and continue on to the boss and on your way there you will see selen vinland

Selen Vinland BP is easy, just use death cloud or lower ur heath below 30% with clever rat's ring, curse a very strong 2handed weapon(or enchant or light weapon, but at least curse or light) , and smash her to bits. And yep killzone got the right location.
