Upgrades not showing

There seems to be an error on this page. None of the upgrades are showing, like how many stones are need for each + etc.
Does anyone know this info off hand?

An extremely powerful weapon, possibly even better than Great Sword. This is due to it being a large hammer which possess an immunity to stun effects. With a maximum Crushing upgrade, this is one of the most damaging weapons in the game. It is often compared to the Meat Cleaver, since they both have the same moveset. However, the Crushing Great Axe deals pure physical damage which is likely to be more useful in pvp.
