No Black Phantoms at end of 1-2?

Anyone experienced this?
I took out BP Miralda and proceeded through the map to take out the Primeval Demon in 1-3, but when I came to the two Blue Eye Knights, right before the entrance to the Tower Knight, there were no Black Phantoms between them…?
sl28, pure black world and character tendency, red dragon and all world 1 npc's dead, only 1-4 left.

/edit: May just be my game messing up, I talked to Blige in 4-2 and he says nothing..

Killing BP Miralda made you WT go back to neutral. Killing the Unique NPCs in any world at PW (Body Form) or PB (BP Form) shift the WT to neutral. If you want PB again, just suicide a few times.

The Unique NPCs that shift WT are listed on the WT page under the Guides tab.

For Blige, I don't know. Is the problem being unable to shop from him? or is it that his dialog just skips? Are you sure your pressing the talk button when he's in range?

I had pure black world the whole run, as I took out both miralda and primeval before returning to nexus, but the black phantom knights didn't appear.
As for blige, I could shop as normal, but when I used the talk button he just stood there silent, only option was to walk away and get his 'annoyed' response.
Probably just a bug.

I don't know then. So the BP knights weren't there before you left for the Nexus? They would show up in that case. If you DID go to the Nexus, then went to 1-2, the BP knights wouldn't be there.

Blige is definitely a bug. You can still shop from him though, so that's a good thing.
