I acceidently attacked her when i was attacking the guy guarding her. now she's pissed and won't talk to me, she just wants to attack me no matter what.

Sometimes if your lucky when npc's turn hostile you can quickly reset your game hoping that it didn't save, otherwise just go kill her now as she is no longer of any use to you until your next new game.
Do the Mephistopheles quest though

Haha lol good belly laugh Anorack, Yuria is soooo weak to all attacks. I just ranged her and used +5moon MH to kill her, so fun and simple ^^.

I once accidentally firestormed the Maiden instead of talking to her when she was near Stockpile Thomas and Boldwin. Killed Thomas and pissed off Boldwin. Ruined that playthrough.
I target more heads than a priest on Ash Wednesday.
