Tower knight path again
So I get to the top of tower knight path, I get a little toatsed, heal and have to fight numerous archers and a blue eyes knight straight off..each time I get killed..arrghh…any tips?

It helped me to shoot the archers on the path with a bow before running up there. The ones on the wall can't shoot you when you're close, so all you have to do is fight the blue eyes knight at that point. Hope that helps.
Just do this.
Have less than half equip burden to be fast. Get across really fast, near the archers.
While there just block a let your stamina recharge. Don't keep blocking 100% of the time or your stamina won't recharge much. Also th blue eyed knight will break your guard with a shield bash so keep moving backwards, just not to where the dragon is, do circles. If you feel confident slay some archers here then the blue eye knight. If you can't just run towards the second knight and go right and up the stairs.
If you have a spear or similar weapon you can 1-1 them here.
The hard part is getting to the archers without getting roasted and killing them while the blue eye knight is after you. After that its easy.
Hide behind the small wagon with a Thiefs Ring equipped, the knight won't see you and the archers can't hit. You can rebuff or take out the archers with ranged attacks before taking on the knights.
Get the crossbow from 1-1 (the broken portion of the wall by the first blue-eyed knight), one hand that with about 50 or so bolts, and run to the stationary wagon. Shoot the three archers with your crossbow one-handed, and have your shield ready just in case the knight decides to attack. After you pick them off, shoot the blue-eyed knight, kill him, and then do the same with the second one.

Cheers, I thought hiding behind wagon I would be toasted by Dragon! I went around frming for souls and health grassess 1-1 last night, I died and found my souls again, I had over 5000, I repaired equipment, I bought a heal stone miracle, I got 60 crescent moon/30 half moon grasses…I will try again tonight….:)
Kill the dragon. There's vids on how to do it. Best/easiest way is with Soul Arrow and a Royal as you have the fragrant ring to replenish MP. Stand on the first watch tower you come to and constantly Soul Arrow it. Once it's dead you don't have to worry about getting "toasted" and can use a bow/soul arrow to pick off the archers and Blue Knights.
yes thanks, in have had this advice before, I think when I get the EU version I will start out as a Royal, but this case I am a soldier:) Also, I can find more friends to play co-op with with EU version, The NA deluxe I got I am really trying to learn and get thru the game but at least I got some heads up, The EU game wasnt coming, I really started playing this again as I found nothing like this site when the game 1st came out….:)
Since I started out with a Royal I'm not sure, but check the Nexus and see if there are any NPC's there that can teach you Soul Arrow. I believe they start showing up after 1-1 but like I said not positive. You can get a wooden catalyst on top of one of the towers in 1-2 so you'll have the means to use magic.
Edit* To get a Fragrant Ring just give the brass telescope that Ostrava gives you in 1-1 for saving him to the Sparkly Crow in 4-1. Bring a good shield and you can get by the skeletons with little problem. A Knights shield or if you can weild it Purple Flame Shield that you find in 1-1 is fine.
I got the Heal Miracle and nipped into storm of Shrines and killed a skeletons (gota lot souls too) and picked up the talisman of Gad behind the tree….my Magic is only 9 atm…this site is giving the stats I need to learn and all…when this game came out nothing existed like it, now You tube has dozens of videos, this site, its sooooo much easier to learn this game, its bloody addictive and I must say I was a the brink of giving up on it until I found this and more info. I will beat the Tower Kinght, I seen the video so know what to do and expect now:)
you just need 10 magic/faith for freke/urbain or apprentices to teach you magic/miracles.

I got to tower knight last night 3 times! I got the crystal lizard….The tower knight is not an easy boss! I managed to hack at his ankles but was killed, I then Got mashed by his sheild after clearing all archers out of the towers, I then went in and was stabbed to death out of nowhere!, Back to farming for souls and health again arghhh….I at least know the path and how to get to him now, and quick 2000 souls is visit storm of shrine and kill about 4-5 skeletons and run back to archstone:) Gotta get my magic to 10, its at 9 atm…thanks…
If you are having that much of a problem with him, and eventually you will see that he isn't really that hard, what I would do is attack his ankle 2 times 3 times max and then back away. After a while you will get to know what move he is going to do and how to avoid it. Also DO NOT LOCK ON to him. That is a sure way to get yourself killed. Once he starts jumping around and you are locked on you will get messed up and end up standing right under him.
Just stick and run, stick and run. Don't be afraid to run back up the stairs and hide to heal then run back down again. Also don't get yourself trapped in a corner. If he starts working you towards a corner run around him and go back up the stairs until he moves back out in the open.
Thanks for the advice, I found that I can now run up the last bridge without getting roasted, hide by wagon, heal up and attack archers and blue eyed knight, go down corridor get the other blue eyed knight, then take a right and take out the archers and lock on to lizard, enter fog, immediately run up a stairway and run around knocking out the archers, then its back down to the TK to hack his ankles but his sheild mashing is annoying atm….a bit more practice and I will defeat him now…getting confidence:) In 2 months I will be doing it all again hopefully with some co-op friends with EU version:)
You just need to run straight at him and you will run underneath him and end up behind him. From there it's as ValynsShadow said, poke and move. When he falls over, though, be sure not to get smashed by him falling over.
I JUST DID IT! TK BOSS1-2 defeated on the first run 2nite! Wow, You get a nice glowy feeling inside:) The game faq I been following when stuck says move onto Stone Fang Tunnel on 2-1 now, after that I come back to 1-3…there is reasons but I aint read that far ahead..is this wise? I hope so! I thinking of trying it now or relishing in the knowledge of defeating TK and playing some Alan Wake on x360(I own PS3 and x360)…..
Well, where you go after 1-1 really depends on you. If you know what you are doing and where to go for certain items just about anyplace is ok next. 2-1 would probably be the best bet. You cannot get to 1-3 until you defeat an archdemon which is the last boss on any of the other worlds.
So you must defeat all of world 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 first. World 2 will probably be one of the more difficult ones for you as Flamelurker is one of the harder bosses to defeat. Maneater in world 3 is also difficult. World 4 is probably your best bet on easiest world to beat. All of the bosses are easy in world 4, the difficult part is getting past the Gold Skeletons and the Reapers. Just collect and/or buy Soul Remains which will do wonders for getting past the skeletons in world 4.
Umm the faq I got says do 2-1 and the spider boss, followed by 2-2, then back to 1-3? uhuh? Stonefang Tunnel tonight, qst tiome round the area means death and soul form but I have to stones of ephemal eyes, but save them:) Get used to 2-1:) But is the wise course of action?
2-1 will be fine. but with the problems you are having so far, I seriously doubt that you will be able to take out Flamelurker, the boss in 2-2. And you cannot do 1-3 until you defeat an Archdemon which means you will have to Defeat Dragon God if you intend on doing 2-2 after 2-1. But if you can defeat Flamelurker there is no problem with Dragon God as it isn't even a battle, you just need to destroy the stones blocking the path and activate the Ballista on each side of the room and then attack him while he is pinned down and can only breathe heat to damage you.
