20 Faith but not Stone from Worshipper of God (Urbain's Female Follower)

Summary:

I have just increased my faith to 20, but when I talk to the worshipper of god, all she does is say Oh Saint Urbain, Umbasa. Can't get my pure faithstone. Is this a bug, or do I actually need greater faith?

I think you have to get it before learning any miracles from urbain in that playthrough.

You need to get it before rescuing Urbain, and that info is already on the wiki.

I thought so as well, but I watched a youtube clip a while ago where he recieved the stone, and Urbain was right behind.

It may be that you shouldn't talk to him at the Nexus until you have got the Pure Faintstone from her.

It is my experience that you can rescue him - but as long as you don't talk with him in the Nexus b4 you have a 20 Faith and speak with his follower you will get the stone.
