Depends on your Build, If your Str is around 50, you'll be hitting i'm guessing 540-70 dmg, 2 handing the DBS (I have 40 str so i'm just guessing)(Going to level my str up to 50 and i'll report back) And if your Faith is at 50, then use the Weapon damage calculator given, if your still not sure about the damage, message the guy that made the calculator, and with a bit of luck he'll report back with accurate damages. Overall the reach is the same, they are both in the Extra Large Sword category and animations are exactly the same and look the same length, so i'd have to say the same reach. and as Saturday as said, when buffed with cursed weapon, or any buffs (blessed, cresent, moon weapons cant be buffed) it will indefinitely be stronger. I tested this, I buffed my DBS with cursed weapon and hit 971 dmg on an octo head, unbuff did around 683 damage. (Tested on NG+) Hope this helps.
