Will killing one form cause the other not to appear?

Obviously if they are killed in Black Phantom form they're not coming back, but if you kill them in physical form will you get to fight them again in soul form? And if you leave a black phantom alone will they become human again if you some how get world tendency to be white again?

I've been working on shifting world tendencies offline and I'm coming around to Miralda again (I killed her in PWWT) and I just wanted to know before I get there.

Killing something in physical or BP form has no effect on the opposite form. In other words, if you killed body form Miralda then BP miralda will be there if you get the world to PBWT.
