North Regalia vs. Blessed Mirdan Hammer +5

I have North Regalia now and I am a lvl 148 priest. I am focusing on faith and only have a blessed mirden hammer +2 right now. Is it worth getting to +5? Thanks. Also, does anyone know where I can find shards of faintstone? Thanks

You can buy shards off the vendor in world 5 for 10000 each, or, you can kill the geckos in 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3 for shards, chunks and pure. Also, the MC BP in 5-2 drops 3 chunks of faintstone. You can farm shards off of the shamans in 5-2, I think they also drop chunks rarely as well?

yes. it is very much worth it. everything. the hp regen. the A-stat scale with faith. the magic damage.

You don't really need to farm for the BMH +5. You can get 17 chunks of Faintstone and a pure, guaranteed, without farming at all. With some luck, you might get pure drops from geckos in 5-2 and 5-3, and you might get chunks from the gecko in 5-1. On the other hand, the shards are expensive and I don't think you can get the 25 of them necessary for a BMH+5 without farming/buying them. I usually just buy them. With the 12 you get from the 5-1 gecko (Kind of a pain to get, it's about half way through the level) it's only 130,000 souls. You can get that from farming 4-2 in less than an hour.

For the pure faintstone, you just have to talk to Urbain's female follower in the Nexus. If you have a faith of 20+ she will give you one

You might need more than 1 pure faintstone if you want to make multiple Blessed weapons or if you want to make a Blessed GA/GS.
