Has anyone else been notified that your Black Phantom Edition has already been shipped?
I received a shipping notice today from a seller on Amazon UK, and my bank account has a pending hit for the amount. However, my Amazon UK account does not show that the item has shipped (it still lists the scheduled shipping date of June 25, 2010). My initial thought is that the seller might be shipping me the wrong item, or that the seller just made a mistake sending the shipping notice so soon. But, I've received "ahead of schedule" pre-orders in the past, so I can't rule out the possibility that it's actually shipping early, at least from some sellers.

Your game is indeed a pre-order, and is indeed due for release on 25 June.
The problem is that Amazon doesn’t cope well with pre-orders, and sometimes the release information is wrong. In these cases, your order goes late-shipment, and then eventually gets auto-cancelled by Amazon.
When we raised this issue with Amazon, they advised us to “ship” the order, and then send it out when it comes into stock. So we have your order safely and will ship it when it is released.
I apologise for any inconvenience, and if you would rather cancel your order, please do let me know and I will issue a full refund.

So, I just wanted to post a heads-up for any of you using Amazon UK to import the European Black Phantom Edition.
