after i defeated the boss in 4-1 i saw satsuki in his placed and talked to him to get the quest but i died in the first reaper area then after i got the makoto satsuki disappeared when does he return

He appears at the first gate in PWWT (Pure White World Tendancy). Remember, he will attack you and become hostile if you talk to him with Makoto on your character and refuse to give it to hime, if you do give it to him or if you talk to him with it wielded. Only thing he gives by killed him is the Ronin's Ring which you get from 4-2 anyways. The BP Satsuki appears at PBWT (Pure Black World Tendancy). Killing BP Satsuki will drop you a second Gripless.
