Use

Increases magic defense by 20%, while decreasing magic attack power by 40%.

• 5-1 On one of the roofs near the first Fog Gate.
• 4-1 Trade Phosphorescent Pole with Sparkly the Crow

• Effects stacks with Dark Silver Shield, Rune Shield and the Rune Sword
